Sometimes, shift happens. In May I had an incredible opportunity taken away from me that I had been working towards for a full year, and I've been slowly getting back on my feet because of the devastation it caused me. I was going to be working with a band this summer, mixing for them and working together as a team, but two weeks before our tour started my new supervisor took me off the team because he wanted someone else to go in my place. Someone less experienced; someone he had trained himself. In my dorm room I have two comfy chairs; one is bright orange and the other is a soft rosy pink. They're names are Bob and Cheryl. I got both at Goodwill and they make me uberly happy. :aww: School is taking up so much time, and I've really only become an art connoisseur here on dA. I like to go through art and read poetry though. So much talent is bursting from this site! I have a boyfriend for the second time now, and it feels good. Some hardship and fear keeps sprouting up from my previous relationship because of the physical abuse, but it's something we're working on. Not flinching every time he touches me is a start. My first year of college is coming to an end, and I am very sad about it! I love it up here, and part of me doesn't want to go home. Our summer break is four months long. :faint: It's going to be verrrrrry long. So, in retaliation to the longness, I'm going to finish (or rather start) the quilt design I posted here http://fav.me/d1h2vqc. I might even revamp the design a little bit so that it's more difficult. Who knows? I'm also looking into getting a new lens.
